What helps us quote

You do not need all of this for a first conversation, but each item helps us give you a more accurate scope.

  • The event name and dates, with the build and break window.
  • The site, the expected audience and the shape of the programme, including any evening element.
  • Which functions you would like OTAS to run, and which you will contract yourself.
  • The documents you already have, and any SAG or licensing dates in the diary.
  • Anything outside the gates that concerns you: transport, parking, neighbours or past complaints.

What happens next

  1. First call. We ask the questions above and listen carefully for what your team is missing.
  2. Written scope. We set out the posts, the days, the outputs and the price in writing, together with what OTAS does not do.
  3. Planning. We work remote planning days with set site visits, and produce the documents your SAG and contractors need.
